Application: YF series production line is designed for extrusion for extrusion of PVC plastic door’s and window’s profile and cross-section cable pipes, aluminum-plastic composite profiles and etc. PVC profiles are widely used in the building industry, home and office decoration.

The production line consists of control system, conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder, extrusion die, calibration unit, haul off unit, film covering machine and stacker. The extruder is equipped with alternating-current inerter(ABB or Eurotherm drive), imported temperature controller (PKC, Japan). The calibration unit’s pump and haul off unit’s reducer are famous brand products.

　　 Plastic and wood powder slight foamed profile line: with special designed screw, barrel, moule and producing process, equipped with YF series downstream equipment, this line can produce PE, PP, PVE and wood power profile. This is a new kind of environmental friendly building material. Mixing the plastic, wood powder, foam agent and other additives. After high temperature and high pressure extrusion, the products can be used for pallets, packing plates, window and door frames, decoration panels and etc.
